How do I purchase tickets?Purchasing tickets is easy! 1. The easiest way to purchase tickets is via our website (www.voslatv.com/vosuso). 2. Once there, navigate down to the blue buttons that say "Buy Tickets" under each of the corresponding show dates (with posters). 3. Click on the "Buy Tickets" button for the show date you would like to purchase. 4. You will be directed to a page that says the show name and date at the top of the page, another "Buy Tickets" button, and a poster below it. If you would like to learn about ticket pricing tiers, scroll down and explore the page. If you are ready to select your tickets, click on either the "Buy Tickets" button at the top of the "Select Tickets" button at the bottom. 5. A Ticket map will now come up on your screen. Any seat marked as "•" has been selected by another attendee and is not available for purchase. Select the seats you wish to purchase. Green Tickets are VIP Yellow Tickets are Premiere Blue Tickets are GA (or child under 12 at a discounted price) 6. Once you have selected your seats and your cart on the left looks correct, click the "Checkout" button. 7. Fill in the Information required including entering the names and emails of every person you are purchasing tickets for (More about this in FAQ "Why must I enter the name and email of every attendee?"). 8. When you are ready to purchase, simple click "Place Order". An email will be sent to you within 24 hours (usually within 5 minutes) with your virtual tickets to be used at check in on your event day! NOTE: Purchasers have 12 minutes from the time they select their seat to check out in their cart. If they have not checked out within 12 minutes, the seat will become available for purchase by anyone once again. See "What if the seat im trying to purchase is marked unavailable "•"? " in this FAQ section for more information about this topic.
Why must I enter the name and email of every attendee?For the safety and security of the attendees, performers, and staff, we require every person who will be in attendance to provide their name, email, and an optional phone number. We will be checking IDs with your ticket a the door and in the unlikely event of an incident, we will have a manifest of everyone in attendance for that performance. Safety is out priority!
How is security handled at the performance venue?We take security very seriously due to the shared use of the facility. There are security cameras across both the exterior and interior of the premises, armed security throughout the property, and a Sheriffs Station within a 1 minute drive. We will also cross reference your ticket with your state issued ID as well as our guest manifest to ensure each attendee is who they say they are. Remember, the best security is the kind you don't know is there so we hope you can keep this in mind and enjoy the performance.
What if I need to change my ticket to another performance?While we do not offer refunds on tickets purchased and under most circumstances do not offer ticket exchanges or transfers, we might offer an exception if you email us. Please send an email to email@example.com with the following information: Your order number (EX: 2VLSG60M-69G) The names of all ticket holders The reason for your request to change Please allow us 48 hours to get back to you.
What is your refund policy?We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers.
What if the seat I'm trying to purchase is marked unavailable "•"?If you are trying to purchase a seat and it is marked with a "•", that seat has either been purchased already or is currently in someone's shopping cart. Carts have a timeout time of 12 minutes so if you are certain that no one else has purchased it because it was in your cart within the last 12 minutes follow these steps: 1. Close any tabs or windows on your device that are currently attempting to purchase tickets. 2. Wait at least 12 minutes then revisit the website (www.voslatv.com/vosuso) and attempt to purchase that ticket again. If the seat remains unavailable, it has most likely been purchased by another ticket buyer. If you are still unsure as to whether someone has purchased that ticket, you can complete the support form at the bottom of the main page labeled "Ticket Request Form". We will email you back within 48 hours if that ticket is available for purchase.
